So, what is Humm?

Humm is an interest-free provider that works like the ‘Buy Now. Pay Later’ purchases. Humm allows consumers to divide the cost of their purchases by setting up payment plans for instalments.

How does it work?

You first need to Sign-up on their website and get approval to use Humm. You have to be over 18 years of age, permanent resident of Australia and employed. Humm also requires identity documents you’re your driver’s license, passport or medicare number as proof of validation. Once you are approved, you can now start humming (spending) for ‘Little Things’ and eventually for ‘Big Things’ depending on your consumer-behaviour history.

When you buy ‘Little Things’, you can apply for up to $2,000 and then repay the balance in 5 to 10 slices weekly or fortnightly. For the ‘Big Things’, you can get a pre-approval of up to $10,000 and instore purchase of up to $30,000 which you can pay from 6, 12, 24 and way up to 60 months.
